I see myself as...
... a quiet person, who has a deep commitment to my faith in God, an abiding thirst to know more of Him, a love and passion for the church, a sincere love of family. That being said, I tend to be stern and serious, compassionate, good listener, tenacious on projects, helper by nature, I’d rather be in the background, I don’t need to be a star, I’m hard on myself if I don’t meet my own expectation, and somewhat introverted.
Where others are concerned, I get along well with other people, I’m not a fighting person but I will stand my ground for what I believe is right and true. I work well with groups, but I have no problem working alone.
My faith in God is my personal strength. My weakness is self-doubt, lack of confidence in new or uncomfortable situations, being able to retain information over time. As for spiritual gifts, exhortation (being able to move a biblical example, situation or a topic and open it to be applied to today's society and/or individual's life today) is my primarily gift, and teaching.
Why I Believe
From my own beginning God, who Blessed me with a mother of faith who prayed! As a child I had Rickets, Pneumonia many times, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Kidney/Bladder Disorder, Night Blindness, and Brain Concussion causing Seizures. My Mom and the Saints Prayed… first one thing then another and another… God answered their prayers, I was healed. He is a healer... as an adult I have witnessed my own prayers answered.
I have witnessed how He unfurled many complex situations. And, yes He has seen me through many of life's storms and provide me with His strength to see it through and given me a peace beyond my understanding. He is so faithful!
My World Community
This is my third regeneration of this site each one touching those I may never personally see but touching through His Word is all that is needed or desired.
My Images have been seen on nearly every continent. They can touch even though they may not speak our same language.
these images spark conversations, inspire further self-study of God's Word, open doors to query why He loves us so, why bad thing happen to good people, and why me Lord.
If these Images can touch and cause a closer examination of God's Word as in II Tim 2:15 and II Tim 3:17 it will serve in aiding the great commission of taking His Word to all the world.
